With this letter, I would like to introduce myself as your child’s kindergarten teacher for this year. My name is
Hillary Perry and I bring 4 years of teaching kindergarten with me. After one year of teaching in New York my husband and
I relocated to Florida. I spent the last 3 years at a Charter School here in Orange County.
I was born and raised in Upstate New York and attended a K-12 public school all my life. When I graduated High School,
I attended The College of St. Rose in Albany, New York and received my B.A, in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology
in May of 2001.
My husband David and I married on October 26, 2002 and we had our first child exactly 2 years later. Our daughter Mila
was born October 26, 2004!
I am thrilled to be part of this exciting adventure we are beginning together at Wolf Lake Elementary and I am positive
that we will have a great year!
I will be contacting you within the next week or so to schedule a home visit with you and your child. Home visits will
be beginning in mid-July. I can’t wait to meet your family.
